Student Registration Information
Who May Register
All 2L and 3L Law Students and Recent Law Grads are invited to participate regardless of
race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, marital status, age and veteran status. Download our student registration brochure. **Please note a change in the hotel room reservation policy. Room reservations must be made through HDLJF and not directly with the hotel. See below for more detailed information.
How to Register
Student Registration is now open.
Email your full name, college/university name, your expected graduation date and a permanent email address to heartlanddiversity@kcmba.org.
Early Bird Registration
The early bird registration deadline is May 24, 2010. All registrations received on or before May 24th will be entered in the Early Bird drawing for a chance to win exciting prizes. The drawing will take place during the Keynote Luncheon. You must be present at the Keynote Luncheon to win.
Hotel Room Reservations
The Job Fair will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Kansas City, Missouri. The Hertland Diversity Legal Job Fair will have a limited number of hotel rooms at the Crowne Plaza Hotel reserved for students who reside more than 50 miles from Kansas City. Rooms will be $50, and are available on a first come, first serve basis. Room arrangements must be made through HDLJF and not direct with the hotel. Reservations must be received by Friday, July 23.
