Interview Process
The interview process will be conducted on a 50/50 scale. Employers will pre-select one-half of the students whom they wish to interview. The remaining one-half of the interview schedule will be filled based on lottery. All interviews will be conducted at the Hyatt Regency Crown Center in individual guest suite rooms.

Diversity Panel
Prior to the Welcome Recption, a Diversity Panel will be held at the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. The panel will consist of attorneys who have relocated to the Kansas City area. This will be a good opportunity for the students to ask questions about living and working in KC.

Welcome Reception
Join us for food, cocktails and wonderful networking opportunities at the HDLJF Welcome Reception, which will be held on Friday, August 7 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Assocation.

Resource Center
The HDLJF Resource Center will be open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday. Exhibitors from area law firms, legal associations and businesses will be available to answer your questions. HDLJF Ambassadors also will be available to answer your questions about "Networking Tips," "The KC Real Estate Market," and “KC Nightlife.”

Travel Scholarship
Travel stipends will be available on a need basis as well as first-come, first-served. Stipends will be limited to a maximum of $200 per student. Travel stipend forms will be available at the HDLJF registration desk and must be submitted the day of the job fair.
